Services / Area 05

The manual work that eats your team’s week, gone.

Automation and AI where they measurably save time, not where they demo well. Plus internal tools and customer facing apps for the jobs that off the shelf software will never quite do.

/the honest bit

The waste is rarely where people think.

It is almost never one big broken process. It is a dozen small ones that each cost twenty minutes a day.

Manual · 01Someone is quietly maintaining a spreadsheetIt runs a real part of the business, only one person understands it, and everybody has agreed not to think about that.
Manual · 02Data gets retyped between systemsThe same record is entered two or three times because the tools were bought at different moments and never introduced.
Manual · 03AI got trialled and quietly droppedA few people pasted things into a chat window for a month. Nothing was wired into an actual process, so nothing stuck.
Manual · 04Handovers depend on someone rememberingWork moves between people by message and goodwill, so things fall through the gap whenever a week gets busy.
/what this covers

The work, in plain terms.

Every one of these starts with timing the process by hand first, so the saving is measured rather than claimed.

Workflow automation across CRM, marketing, finance and operations systems
AI assisted research, enrichment, content and support workflows with a human check
Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet someone is quietly maintaining
Customer facing apps, portals and calculators that earn attention on their own
Integrations between systems that were never designed to talk to each other

/what we will not do
Add AI to something because it is the thing to say this year
Automate a broken process instead of fixing the process
Put a machine in a position to send something to a customer unchecked
Build anything only we can maintain
/how it runs

One process at a time, timed before and after.

Small and provable beats a transformation programme nobody can point at afterwards.

01Find where the hours goWe sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens, including the steps nobody put in the process document.Week 1
02Fix it before automating itHalf of these turn out to be a step that should not exist. Removing it is cheaper and faster than automating it.Week 2
03Build the smallest thing that worksAn automation, an internal tool or an AI step with a human check on anything that reaches a customer. Shipped in days, not quarters.Weeks 3 to 4
04Measure, document, move onTime the process again, write down how it works, then start on the next one. The saving is a number, not a feeling. Then repeat
Timed, not claimedThe same process, stopwatched before we touch it and after it ships.

/what changes

What you are left holding.

Built on your accounts, documented in plain language, and yours to change without us.

01Hours back each week, measured rather than assumedWe time the process before and after, so the saving is a number you can hold us to instead of a claim in a report.
02Fewer handovers that depend on someone rememberingWork moves between systems and people on its own, so a busy week stops being the reason something got missed.
03Tools that fit your process instead of the other way roundThe workaround everyone had learned to live with goes away, and the spreadsheet stops being a single point of failure.
/the thing you keep

Each automation comes with a page a human can read.

What it does, what it touches, what happens if it fails, and who to call. That is what makes it yours rather than ours.

/common questions

The things people ask before they start.

Is this just AI for the sake of it?

No. Plenty of these jobs are solved better by removing a step or connecting two systems. AI gets used where it measurably beats the alternative, and a person checks anything that reaches a customer.

What if our data is sensitive?

Then it stays where it is. We scope what a tool can see before it is built, and plenty of workflows never send anything to a third party at all.

Who maintains it afterwards?

You can. It is built on your accounts with documentation written for a person rather than a developer. If you would rather we kept an eye on it, that sits inside an ongoing engagement.

How small is too small?

If it costs a person twenty minutes a day it is worth looking at. Those are usually the quickest wins and the ones people are most relieved to lose.

/THE OTHER FOUR

Time saved is only useful if it goes somewhere.

Which is why this area usually runs alongside one of the four below rather than on its own.
