Services / Area 02

Your website is quietly costing you pipeline.

Most B2B sites were built to look right at launch and have been drifting ever since. We rebuild yours properly: fast, well structured pages, with search and AI answer foundations in from the start rather than bolted on a year later.

/the honest bit

The symptoms are usually the same four.

A site rarely fails loudly. It just quietly stops earning, and everyone gets used to it.

01Every change needs a developerA copy tweak turns into a two week ticket, so the site slowly stops matching what you actually sell today.
02Traffic arrives and leavesPeople land, skim and go. The page answers a question nobody asked, and nothing on it points at a sensible next step.
03Rankings reset at every redesignThe last rebuild dropped the URLs, the internal links and the structure, and the search visibility went with them.
04Nobody can prove the site worksTracking was added after launch by whoever was free, so the conversion numbers have never really been trusted.
/what this covers

The work, in plain terms.

Design is the visible part. Most of the value sits in the structure underneath it.

Website rebuilds and redesigns, built so your team can edit them without a developer
Campaign and product landing pages that match the ad or email that sent the click
Technical SEO: architecture, internal linking, schema, crawl and index health
Content structured to answer the queries your buyers actually type, including AI search
Analytics and conversion tracking wired up properly before launch, not after

/what we will not do
Hand you a template you cannot edit without buying support hours
Chase a keyword list that has nothing to do with who actually buys from you
Launch without tracking and sort it out later
Rebuild for the sake of it when a structural fix would do the job
/how it runs

Structure first, then the pretty part.

Six to ten weeks for most B2B sites. Nothing gets deleted before we know what it was earning.

Every page exists to answer one query, and links to the next sensible step. That is most of technical SEO, and most of conversion.

01
Audit what is there

Crawl, Core Web Vitals, index health, internal links and the pages already earning traffic. We find what is worth keeping first.

Week 1
02
Structure before design

Page architecture, URL map, internal linking, and the query each page exists to answer. Design follows the structure.

Week 2
03
Build in Webflow

Fast templates your team can edit, schema and metadata handled per template, and tracking wired up before anything goes live.

Weeks 3 to 8
04
Launch and keep earning

Redirects mapped, indexing watched, then a steady rhythm of new pages against real queries instead of a one off launch.

Launch and on
/what changes

What you are left holding.

The site is the asset. It should keep working long after the build is finished.

01A site that loads fast and converts the traffic you already haveMost of the lift arrives before you spend another dollar on ads, because the visitors are already turning up.
02Search visibility that compounds instead of resettingStructure, redirects and internal links handled properly, so a rebuild adds to what you had rather than starting from zero.
03Pages you can ship yourself without waiting in a queueTemplates and components your team edits directly, so a campaign landing page takes an afternoon instead of a sprint.
/the thing you keep

The redirect map is the boring reason rankings survive.

Every old URL accounted for before launch, not discovered in Search Console three weeks later. You keep the map.

/common questions

The things people ask before they start.

Does it have to be Webflow?

No, but it usually is. Webflow gives your team real editing control without a developer in the loop, and that is the thing that keeps a site current. If you are on WordPress or HubSpot CMS and it is working, we will tell you so.

Will we lose our rankings?

Not if the migration is done properly. Redirects, URL structure and internal links are mapped before anything goes live, and indexing is watched for weeks afterwards rather than checked once.

What about AI search?

Same foundations, mostly. Clean structure, clear answers to real questions, and schema that tells a machine what the page is. We build for it as part of the work rather than selling it as an extra.

How long does a rebuild take?

Six to ten weeks for most B2B sites, depending on how many templates there are and how quickly content decisions get made. Landing pages are days, not weeks.

/THE OTHER FOUR

A site is only as good as what feeds it.

Traffic has to come from somewhere, and land somewhere that records what happened. These four are the rest of the system.
